- Respect for All: Treat everyone with respect at all times—this includes players, coaches, officials, opponents, and spectators.
- Integrity and Fairness: Play and compete with integrity, accepting victory and defeat with grace.
- Safety First: Prioritize the safety and well-being of all participants by following the rules and guidelines set forth by the club.
- Positive Environment: Contribute to a positive and supportive environment that encourages participation, learning, and fun.
For Coaches
- Lead by example, demonstrating respect, patience, and positivity.
- Provide equal opportunities for all players to participate, regardless of skill level.
- Maintain open and respectful communication with players and their families.
- Never engage in or tolerate any form of bullying, harassment, or abuse.
For Parents
- Support your child’s involvement and help them enjoy their soccer experience.
- Encourage good sportsmanship by showing respect for all players, coaches, and officials.
- Refrain from coaching from the sidelines and respect the coach’s decisions and strategies.
- Address concerns appropriately through the established channels within the club.
For Players
- Play by the rules and within the spirit of the game.
- Show respect for your coaches, teammates, opponents, and officials at all times.
- Work hard for yourself and your team, valuing effort over winning.
- Accept coaching and feedback positively, and treat all participants with kindness.
Addressing Concerns
- Any concerns regarding conduct should be brought to the attention of club officials in a respectful and constructive manner.
- The club is committed to resolving issues fairly and will take appropriate action to address any violations of the Code of Conduct.
