Our Adult Summer League is designed to cater to a wide range of skills and preferences, ensuring everyone from competitive players to those looking for a fun and social experience can find their place. This year, we’re proud to host three distinct divisions: Men’s, Coed, and Women’s, each tailored to provide the best playing experience for our members.
Adult Winter League Information
Men’s Division Winter League Registration
Total Team Fee: $3,500 per team ($3,100 + HST)
Securing Your Team’s Place: A $500 deposit is required to secure your spot in the league. The full balance is due by October 2nd to ensure your team’s participation.
What’s Included: The registration fee covers up to 14 players per team.
- Additional Players: If your team wishes to include more than 14 players, an additional fee of $25.47 per player is applicable, up to a maximum team size of 25 players.
League Format and Season:
- Duration: The league runs for 23 weeks, concluding with a knockout playoff series.
- Game Length: Each match is 50 minutes straight (no half time).
- Format: Teams will compete in a 7v7 format on 1/3 size fields, offering a fast-paced and engaging playing experience.
- Schedule: Matches are scheduled on Thursdays from 8 PM to 12 AM. Should the league expand to include more than 34 teams, an additional night will be introduced to accommodate all games.
- Season Timeline: The season starts on Thursday, October 19th, and ends on April 18th, 2024. Please note there will be no game on December 28th.

Women’s Division Winter League Registration

Coed Division Winter League Registration
Total Team Fee: $3,500 per team ($3,100 + HST)
Deposit and Payment Details: A $500 deposit is necessary to confirm your team’s spot. The full balance must be completed by October 2nd.
Player Roster: The base fee covers up to 14 players on your roster.
- Additional Players: Should you wish to expand your team, an added fee of $25.47 is applicable for each player beyond the initial 14, up to a maximum of 25 players.

- Duration: The league promises a 23-week season, leading into an exciting knockout playoff series.
- Game Play: Matches are 50 minutes long (no half time), adhering to a 7v7 game format played on 1/3 size fields, ideal for coed teams.
- Important Dates: The season opens on Sunday, October 15th, and runs through to May 5th, 2024.
Scheduled Breaks: Please note there will be no games on November 19, December 24, December 31, and March 31, 2024, to accommodate for holidays and special events.
Weekly Matches:
- Expect games to be scheduled between 12 PM and 6 PM every Sunday, offering a perfect weekend soccer experience for everyone involved.
The Coed Division Winter League is the perfect blend of competition and fun, designed to keep you engaged and active during the colder months. This league is a wonderful opportunity for men and women to come together and enjoy the beautiful game in a spirited and friendly environment. Every match is hosted indoors at Youngs Sportsplex, ensuring an optimal playing environment regardless of weather conditions. Players can conveniently access the schedule and standings through their Powerup account online, keeping everyone informed and up to date.
To maintain fairness and organization within each division, players are restricted to participating on just one team per division. Additionally, all payments must be consolidated and submitted by the team representative, as individual contributions cannot be processed.
